Finding Account Details
Find and Edit Your Account Information
Once you are logged in, click on ‘Billing’ under the Account section on the left-hand menu, this will give you a list of invoices and their current status, invoice numbers etc.
If you click on an Unpaid Invoice it will bring up the details on the screen, from here there are several actions you can take:
- Download a PDF version of an invoice
- Print the invoice
- Add a coupon which can be used to make a payment
- Pay for an invoice now
If you click on ‘Pay Now!’ you will be given a list of payment types. The payment types available are dependent on the type of product and various other factors.
Some examples of payment types we use are:
- GocardlessV2 (Direct Debit)
- Bank Transfer
- Paypal Billing Agreement
